MercyLine has made tremendous progress with our building projects at the Children’s Home since 2016 (details are here). We are grateful for the donations which made them possible, but we have one building project left to complete:
Replacing the Beret’s Light Kindergarten Building
Beret’s Light Kindergarten, a school for kids 3-6 years old, was started on the grounds of the MercyLine Children’s Home in February of 2017 using a former chicken coop. The school serves MercyLine children as well as neighboring children who would not have the opportunity to attend school if not for Beret’s Light Kindergarten. We would like to replace the current structure with a new building that has separate classrooms for each grade level and provides teachers with the ability to safely store books and supplies.
This building started as a chicken coop and now serves as a kindergarten for MercyLine’s youngest learners and neighborhood children. Improvements are needed.
